The rains came down and the floods came up ๐๐ค ๐ค
So j'ai tombรฉe sรปr mon vรฉlo cette semaine....sorry sometimes I think you guys understand French lol anyway it rained a lot this week cause technically it's "winter" here and because the roads are so crappy there's a ton of ditches and when it rains those things fill up with brown water so you can't really see if it's gonna be a tiny ditch or massive, tehe kinda lit. It's like a guessing game of "am I going to eat it on my bike today?" (Pics down below)
Other than that it was honestly kinda a hard week but somehow managed to pull our numbers at the end and saw some ~MiRaClEs~ lol that sounded sarcastic but fr they were miracles. It's those lessons when you lay the plan of salvation in front of them and watch them nod their head in agreeance. Or share their experience of when they felt the holy ghost for the first time. Ah it makes every hard moment completely worth it! It also helped that it was basically in the middle of a really pretty rain forest

Here's one last update that's kinda sad. So our mission president planned a mission wide zoom which is pretty rare so we thought we were finna get chastised for not writing our weekly emails to him but then he told us that he has cancer and is going home. Makes me so sad and I don't think he's coming back :(( pray for the Banners! So right now we have a Tahitian in his place until they find someone new. Not sure who I'll be finishing my mission with
